Known issue Mobile browser compatibility

Microsoft Edge on some recent Samsung phones

The 3D globe may appear vertically stretched or duplicated in Microsoft Edge for Android on some Samsung Galaxy devices.

Astra Chron is still working.

This is a graphics rendering issue in this particular browser and device combination. It is not a fault with your phone, display, saved data, or browser cache.

Recommended for now

Open Astra Chron in Chrome or Samsung Internet.

Both browsers render the same experience correctly on affected Samsung phones. Opera is also known to work. No experimental settings or changes to the phone are needed.

We are monitoring browser updates and will revise this page when Microsoft Edge renders the globe consistently.

This runs the same check the explorer runs when it starts, so you can see which renderer this browser is given and why. Nothing is sent anywhere.
